Affordable self contained villa, Tuscany, Italy

Tariff is quoted in Australian dollars.

Mid season: 1st April - 30th June 2011 and
1st September - 31st October 2011.

1st April - 30th June 2012 and 1st September - 31st October 2012:

• $1,350 per week
• $ 230   per day

High season: 1st July - 31st August, 2011.
1st July - 31st August 2012:

• $1,550 per week
• $ 270 per day

Having experienced the frustration with the restrictions many accommodation places in Italy impose, we decided to simplify this to suit our Australian and international clientele. 

• At Casalena you do not have an additional cost added for cleaning on departure.
• Bookings are made through our Australian business and can start and finish on any day of the week.  Our only requirement is a minimum four night stay.
• Payment is in Australian dollars to make it easier for you and to avoid currency fluctuations.
• The cost of electricity is included in the tariff along with what we believe is a sufficient amount of gas.  Should you exceed the gas allocation we will have to charge for your extra consumption. (Both electricity and gas are very expensive in Italy)
• We provide a large bag of wood for your open fire.  If you require extra wood during your stay this will be charged at an additional cost of $35 per bag.
• We do not ask for a cash bond, however any additional charges for gas and wood consumed will automatically be charged to your credit card as will any damages that may occur to Villa Casalena during your stay.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

50% deposit required to confirm reservation
The remaining 50% will be deducted automatically from your credit card 2 months prior to your stay.
With confirmed reservation you will be sent concise instructions and directions to Casalena Villa.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

• Cancellations received 6 months before your stay will incur $250 fee with the remaining deposit refunded.
• Cancellations received within four months of your stay will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received within 2 months of your stay will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
