Quality Self Contained Villa, Italy

Villa Casalena is 80sqm in size, set on two floors.    It has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with the option of twin beds or a queen bed.  There are two bathrooms with showers, one on each floor of the villa.  Downstairs is the sitting room with large open fire place, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher and a laundry with washing machine.

Outside there is a covered Alfresco area with wood BBQ and a communal swimming pool.

Inclusive in the tariff are the following:

• Iron, ironing board, hair dryer and stereo system
• All linen including pool towels
  
• Comprehensive compendium that includes information on train time tables, suggestions of day trips, recommendations for local restaurants and shopping
• Maps of Tuscany and Umbria provided
